A note about the groups that are listed (or not listed):

 There are other environmental groups not listed here. Some are not listed because I am not aware of them and I have not received information about the group. I would appreciate your help finding information about other groups and organizations. I have purposely omitted several groups because of their egregious hypocrisy since they are involved in direct support of  polluting industries such as international fossil fuel corporations. It is also true that almost no environmental group hands are clean. Top foundations underwrite much of the environmental movement. Most of these foundations do not prohibit their own endowments from being invested with coal and oil. It is generally accepted that fossil fuel money and conservative foundations have shaped the climate denial movement. Therefore it may be fair to ask if these groups have helped to shape these movements and their proposed solutions.
